What is this web site for? To attract clients? Be a source of information? Glorify and publicize myself? Let the world know what I had for breakfast? To some extent all those things.
Just about everything you see here is a work in progress, including this page. Keep coming back often, as I make changes and additions almost every day. Everything here is written by me, and the web site is designed by me. I get a lot of solicitations and offers to create a "professional" web site, but to tell you the truth, just about every law firm's web site I've seen bores me or makes me want to vomit or is just plain embarrassing. You went to all that school for what??? There are a few exceptions and I'll be putting up links to them here and there, as I find them, or re-find them. (I love to parody law firm web sites, so you might see some of that here from time to time.) Anyway, by making sure that everything here is made by me, I'm hoping that you get to know me a little bit. I think it's a more comfortable approach to the idea of a web site. In some ways it's a reflection of my office. There's a lot of stuff about law, but a lot of other stuff too. Hopefully you'll find something interesting. |
